I'm leaving the VFW Auxiliary Mission Statement at the bottom.
Our Auxiliary was recently dissolved due to lack of interest in activity.
We have a handful of dedicated veterans, who come together every month to try to meet the demands of an active Post.
It is a volunteer effort of staunch noble cause.
It is unfortunate our support structure pursued dissolution.
The VFW/Auxiliary cause is not easy. It does not provide it's own comfort.
It is an individual determination to continue a cause,
as it is an individual determination to continue a steadfast support to a cause & to the person carrying it.
I can tell you it provides avenues for reward. It is a reason to stay active in the community. It keeps finding reasons to go outside and care about the people around us. It has the foundation for friendships, no matter how intimate or shallow, to be true. It is a list of phone numbers to choose from if you're unsure of a next step or direction.
Combat Veterans were broken & molded to survive, not to flourish. We, more than anyone, need that second half which we fought so hard to keep. A second half who guided & directed our success to get us to where we are now. A second half who knows how to turn survival into success.

I really look forward to updating this section in the future
for the future of all of our families, friends & neighbors.
Unwavering Support for Uncommon Heroes®
For more than 100 years, the VFW Auxiliary has been fulfilling its original objectives by supporting the Veterans of Foreign Wars, serving veterans, active-duty military and their families, and spreading patriotism nationwide.
Our members have volunteered millions of hours, donated millions of dollars and honored hundreds of thousands of veterans. Volunteer with us and celebrate the freedoms we enjoy in America.
